Miyo Lash guarantees your satisfaction with our products. If your lash supplies are defective, please notify our team within 7 days of receipt of your order, and we’ll arrange replacements, exchange or a refund.

Miyo Lash may request the products to be returned or to have photos sent, so as to ensure we can identify any issues you have had. If we request that any products be returned, we will provide you with a shipping label.

Our products are intended for Professional use only.

Eyelash technicians need to be properly accredited before using Miyo Lash products.

Yes, all of our lashes are made of a material called PBT fiber.

They are not made of real mink fur.

Yes we do, however you need to be a registered customer for us to apply

exemption to your account. Contact us for more help.

Miyo Lash products are shipping from Canada. International orders may be subject

to customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
