A decade in lashes
We started where most technicians start. A certification course, a practice head, and a lot of sets that took three hours longer than they should have.
Ten years later the work looks different. Classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume, on every eye shape and every natural lash type you can think of. Thousands of hours of it. The patterns you only notice after the hundredth set are the ones worth writing about, and those are the ones you rarely find online.
Training and mentorship
We train lash technicians at every level, from a first certification through to advanced volume.
Training covers the parts that decide whether a set holds: isolation, adhesive control, taping and eye pad placement, retention troubleshooting, and how to read a client’s natural lashes before you pick a curl. One-to-one mentorship and small group sessions both work, and which one suits you depends on where you are stuck.
If you are already lashing and your retention has plateaued, that is usually a technique problem rather than a product problem, and it is fixable. Get in touch and tell us where the set is failing.
