MiyoLash is a lash education and product review site. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit.

What we collect directly

Nothing. This site has no contact form, no comments, no account sign-up, and no newsletter box. We do not ask you for your name, your email address, or any other personal detail.

If you email us at the address on our contact page, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Server logs

This site is hosted on DreamHost shared hosting. Like every web server, it keeps standard access logs. Those logs record your IP address, the page you requested, the time, your browser type, and the page that referred you. DreamHost keeps these logs as part of running the server. We use them only to diagnose problems and to spot abuse.

Third parties that see your visit

Three outside services are involved when you load a page here.

Analytics

We do not currently run any analytics or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no heatmap tool on this site. If that changes we will update this page and say exactly what we added.

Cookies

MiyoLash does not set any cookies of its own. Third parties can still set them. A YouTube embed is the main case, and clicking an affiliate link will set cookies on the site you land on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Affiliate links

MiyoLash is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something after clicking one. It costs you nothing extra.

Our affiliate links are routed through a link shortener that redirects you to the correct regional Amazon store. When you click one, the destination store can set a cookie to credit the referral. That cookie belongs to them, not to us. We never see your payment details, your address, or what you ultimately bought.

Being paid a commission does not change what we recommend. Read more on our about page.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to hand over or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.

If you are in the UK, the EU, or a region with similar rules, you have the right to ask what data we hold, request a copy, request deletion, and complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We update this page when the site changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Lash extension work involves adhesives and tools used close to the eye. Applying products or following techniques described here is your own decision and your own responsibility. Always patch test adhesives. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for any product you use. Check the licensing rules where you live before working on clients.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that results from acting on information found on this site.

Accuracy

We work to keep our guides and reviews correct and current. We cannot guarantee it. Prices, availability, product formulations, and third-party links change without notice. Anything on this site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind.

Products we link to

We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or support any product linked from this site. Purchases are between you and the retailer. Returns, refunds, warranty claims, and shipping problems are handled by that retailer under their own terms.
